All tops surfaces are high-pressure plastic laminate, specifically chosen and color matched. And all pieces are protected by the patented Top Guard finishing process to guard against stains and scratches. The drawers are French dovetailed and suspended on metal, ball bearing slides. All box drawers are ¾ extending and have a load rating of 75 lbs. All file drawers are fully extendings and have a load rating of 150 lbs.
