No oil mist pollution at the exhaust: the natural lubrication design offers the lowest oil mist level, even with high throughputs or frequent cycling between atmosphere and ultimate pressure. Compact design: reduced dimensions, all controls and service access located on the front. Optimized tightness: integrated anti-suckback; all static sealings secured by O-rings; external shaft seal can be renewed easily, without dismantling the pump. This Alcatel pump has a pumping speed of 6.8cfm or 10 cubic meters per hour. Ultimate partial pressure: 10-4 mbar. The compact, horizontal Coolmate 3 allows stacking or convenient mounting onto a trailer or other equipment. It is designed for water-cooled torches rated up to 500 amps, and utilizes an efficient fin-and-tube heat exchanger. Unlike most competitive systems, this unit is equipped with a power switch so you can turn the unit on and off at the front panel. The polyethylene-molded coolant tank, fan shroud, filler spout and ligting handles are rustproof. A "paddle wheel" indicator makes it easy to confirm that coolant is flowing. Filter and coolant filling spout are conveniently located for easy access at the front panel. The GOW-MAC 20 Series Gas Analyzer is designed as either a single or a dual pass unit. It is supplied as either bench or 19 rack mounted. For special applications, an optional purgeable housing is available. A single pass analyzer has a hermetically sealed reference thermal conductivity detector (TCD). It has a pump (optional), flowmeter with needle valve, leak proof connectors, and a gas selection manifold for zero, calibration, and sample gases. A Dual pass unit has a flowing reference TCD, flowmeters and pump (optional).
