| This blower Ser#1186230094M should be backed with a 171 CFM roughing pump. The normal operating range for the pump is 35 Torr to 10-3 Torr. The WAU series can be turned on with the roughing pump at atmospheric pressure for fast pump down. This pump was last used on an electron beam welder and is very clean. |
