Tight machined tolerances metal construction with custom fabricated UHMW ACME screw Nuts. ALL axis are ACME thread 1/2 inch 10TPI. Replacable Bronze bushings on steel slides Custom table(usable) dimensions from 12 to 30 inches long and 12 to 24 inches wide. Tool Z axis (up and down movement) is limited to 6 inches. Please specify table width and length when purchasing. The center of the work area is left open to facilitate a vice, custom work holder or 4th axis. usually covered with table for normal use. Comes with a Peg-poard style table with 5/16 inch bolts for work holding, Motor mounts, motor couplers (1/4 inch shaft), limit switches, and tool holder (all not shown) Please specify type of tool holder required. Motors (1.8degree per step), power supply and motor control Are included and installed!!! (Motor control is a 4 axis controller 1 space left open for your option) Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for item to be manufactured, this is a build to order item.
