* The Under carriage is in good condition on this machine, Sprockets, idlers, rollers and tracks are all in good shape. Plenty more pics available. * The 6 way blade is in excellent condition, works in all angles and does not have a lot of play in the linkage * There is Cab, AC and Heat on this machine, There is also a radio mounted in machine. All glass is perfect in machine and there is none that is broken. * Engine is a Cat 3046 77 hp that is in excellent running condition, starts right up and runs perfect * The blade has a 1.88 cubic yard pushing capacity, very nice for pushing a nice amount of dirt, excellent for grading around ponds and house sites * Caterpillar is a name brand product with the ability to keep this machine and resell it in the future if perhaps wanted to and it is very easy to come by parts and attachments since there are so many of them * Hystat transmission works very well, machine goes forward, backward and sideways very easy and with plenty of power If you have any questions please feel free to shoot me an email or give me a call at either or (cell) .
