The Challenge Air Series of compressors are built with heavy cast iron construction and designed for many years of trouble free operation. The pumps come standard with ductile iron crankshafts, high strength metal connecting rods, rod insert bearings, wrist pin bushings, high-capacity hardened and lapped stainless steel valves with suction valve head unloaders. The high volume pump design and loadless starting gives you maximum CFM output per energy dollar.
