WAUKESHA / BREDEL Model SP-80 POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT (PERISTALTIC) PUMP Peristaltic type "hose" pump, manufacturer recommends for difficult to handle products such as thick, viscous, lumpy, slurry type items, and capable of pumping at high pressures. This pump has 3" inlet and outlet with stainless steel inserts. Manufacturer literature rates for maximum of 230 psi, and maximum flow capacity of 155 gpm, 3.09 gallons displacement per revolution. Product contacts only the stainless steel inlet and discharge inserts and hose. The existing hose appears to be BUNA material, though the manufacturer offers replacement hoses in several sanitary and/or corrosion resistant materials including BUNA, EDPM, natural rubber, Hypalon, etc. |
