Two, 2.8 quart Freezing Cylinders Indicator Lights: Mix low lights alert operator to add mix. Taylor Quality Control (T.Q.C.) allows the machine to sense the viscosity (thickness) of the product in the freezing cylinder. With the control switch in the “AUTO” position, the T.Q.C. will automatically keep the mix in the freezing cylinder at the proper viscosity and ready for serving. Standby operational mode maintains the mix at a safe temperature using a cycle timer which allows the compressor to operate every 15 minutes providing refrigeration to the mix hoppers and freezing cylinders during low use periods.
