Stainless Steel Front and Shelf Removable cast iron, flush-top grates Single-piece drip tray under the burners Each oven is 26" wide, 26 1/2" deep, and 14" high (big enough for full-size sheet pans turned either way!) and are rated at 32,000 BTU. The oven's bottoms and door linings are porcelain enamel finish. It has electronic ignition and thermostatic control that ranges from 250 to 500 degrees. There is also a stainless steel over shelf that is 12" deep. Please note that the range that you are purchasing does NOT have casters, just standard 6" adjustable legs. Though casters are available through our store. It also comes with a factory installed pressure regulator.
