* Rounded interior corners and removable shelf runners ensure ease of cleaning
* Four grid shelves supplied,can accommodate four full size sheet pans.
* Steam injection system for manual humidity control which allows for browning of pastry and bread products
* Unit provided with non-tip steelwire chromeplated shelves
* Two Interior light is fitted as a standard feature
* A bake timer is also included as a standard feature to automatically switch off after a preset period
* The oven is fan assisted and fitted with a custom designed baffle fan. This ensures that excellent temperature distribution is achieved even when oven is ful to capacity providing reliable baking uniformity
* Supplied with 5 foot cord with NEMA 6-30p plug.
UNIQUE AIR FLOW COOKING SYSTEM
Unique air movement created by the combined air flow of one convection fan coupled to a specially designed diffuser plate ensures a continuous even flow of hot air around the oven interior. This system ensures that cooking times in anvil ovens are reduced compared to ovens that do not have this system. As a result Anvil convection ovens are ideally suited for dough products, pastry and cakes. Anvil Convection Ovens will also evenly reconstitute large quantities of frozen and chilled foods.
